Build design
The actual build of the resort is 3,000metres built within an area of 15,000 metres and will consist of studio’s, 1 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom apartments, flexibility is available for those who buy off plan to help plan the layout of their individual apartment.
All apartments are being designed into blocks of around 12 mixed apartments to help provide easy access, privacy and individuality to all owners; all apartments are pool-view with large patio windows and doors, there are no lifts and all stair access will be situated at the rear of the apartments.
Ground floor apartments will all be constructed as easily accessible apartments suitable for families and those who find it hard to get about, wider doors for pram and wheelchair access. Wet rooms instead of hard to access shower cubicles
The resort will be built 50 metres away from the main road as defined by Egyptian law for this area; the actual buildings will be built on land 75 metres by 130 metres leaving vast areas of space to accommodate all amenities. Pool areas of 35 metres wide.

Maintenance
Maintenance for the whole resort and all of its amenities will be carried out by Blue Horizon Egypt. Maintenance charges for the resort will be a nominal fee to cover the services in operation on the resort.

1 bed 500 yearly- 1,200 if paid upfront for the 3 years
2 bed 600 yearly- 1,500 if paid upfront for the 3 years
Guarantees
The exterior which includes the stairs and service ducts carries a 20 year guarantee with the developer-the interior of the apartments have a one year guarantee on walls, floors, electrics, plumbing and pipes. (All small snagging issues a client may find will be dealt with under the guarantee for the first year.)
Apartments are sold finished only, they will not include kitchen units or furniture, and these will be part of the furniture package
